Founded in 1990, the ECCMAF is a registered non-profit corporation that seeks to promote a greater awareness and appreciation of traditional Chinese martial arts and culture in Eastern Canada.
Our membership is comprised of many respected martial arts instructors, masters, and students as well as a wide range of kung fu schools and martial arts associations. It is our belief that unity builds strength, and that together we can accomplish more than we could separately.

Our members meet on a regular basis to exchange ideas and measure our progress. We also produce a newsletter, which is mailed to all members, free of charge. The newsletter provides information on member activities, includes a calendar of upcoming events, and contains articles of interest to all. We have organized and sponsored several large-scale events with great success, including banquets, demonstrations, and seminars. Furthermore, ECCMAF members benefit from special discount rates at seminars, banquets, demonstrations, and tournaments.
